As Chairman and Co-founder of the Appeon Corporation, Billy Yung is responsible for strategic planning and Appeon's corporate vision.

Mr. Yung has over 28 years of comprehensive experience that ranges from venture investments, start up business development, sales and marketing, product development, and operations management in the United States, Europe and China.

Mr. Yung is also the Group Chairman and Chief Executive of Shell Electric Mfg (Holdings) Co Ltd, a company which started as a manufacturer in consumer electrical appliances in 1952 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1984. Besides the company's core manufacturing business, Mr. Yung has built a portfolio of high-technology businesses that comprise the Group's strategic future focus.

Mr. Yung holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Washington, USA as well as a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, USA.

Mr. Yung is an executive committee member of Foshan and Zhaoqing Chapter, PRD Council, Federation of Hong Kong Industries and a member of Hong Kong-France Business Partnership.
